The Turian will scold you for nearly breaking Jenna's cover, but it won't take him long to forget his animosity and offer to enlist you in his scheme to bring down an illegal weapons dealer. Once there, head upstairs to the C-Sec Offices, and Chellick's office will be the second room on your left.
Meet Chellick in his C-Sec office by going to the C-Sec Academy (if you've not been, there's an elevator to it just South of the Presidium Embassies). This sounds like an interesting lead, so consult your map to see where in C-Sec he can be met, and then head down there to speak with him. It's what occurs as you go to leave Chora's Den that's of true importance, however: leave the bar, and you'll be bumped into by a Turian named Chellick, who will tell you to meet him down at C-Sec before acting like a drunkard. She won't even speak with you at length if you attempt to talk to her again! Unfortunately, Jenna won't budge, and before long your conversation will come to an end. When you enter the club, head anti-clockwide around the bar and you'll soon see her on your left. Jenna is tending bar at Chora's Den, accessed from the Markets in the Lower Wards, but it'll also be on your Rapid Transit list. Just talk to Jenna again and you can continue the conversation and get it. If you reply with "Nothing" or "I'm going", then you'll end the conversation early before having picked up the Assignment. Talk to her and you'll learn that she has a problem involving her sister, Jenna. Rita will be talking with her boss Doran at the red bar next to the stairs, in the lower floor of the bar. When you eventually get to the Upper Wards area, make a U-turn to your right and head up through the corridor. If you don't have Flux on your Rapid Transit list, head to the Wards Access on the Presidium, between the Embassies and the elevator up to the Citadel Tower. This Assignment is initiated at Flux, the nightclub accessed from the Upper Wards of the Citadel.
